Refund Policy

Service-Based Refunds

• Refunds are allowed only if we are unable to start or commence the scheduled sessions.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Once the live session has started, refunds cannot be issued.
• Cancellations due to a change of mind are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive the refund within 10 working days after approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
